About
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy should feel like a safe, genuine
space where you can show up exactly as you are. My approach is warm, collaborative, and
trauma-informed, with a focus on helping clients better understand themselves, navigate life’s
challenges, and create meaningful change.

I work with individuals, couples, and families who are looking to make a change, better
understand themselves and one another, or explore relationship dynamics and patterns that
may no longer be serving them. I have extensive experience working with people from diverse
cultural backgrounds, including those who have experienced trauma, displacement, and
significant life transitions. I draw from approaches including EMDR, somatic and mindfulness-
based interventions, and parts-informed work, tailoring therapy to each client’s unique needs
and goals. I believe there is value in slowing down and learning to listen to what your body is
communicating, not just what your mind is telling you.
Therapy isn’t only about working through pain. It’s also about recognizing your resilience,
reconnecting with parts of yourself, and creating more space for joy, confidence, and connection
in your life. Together, we can explore what your experiences have taught you, what your body
may be communicating, and what you want to create moving forward.
