About Me
Sarah graduated with a Masters in Social Work from Northwest Nazarene University in 2020. She completed her undergraduate work and received a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from the College of Idaho in 2014. Sarah currently sees clients under the supervision of Chantel Jones, as she works toward her clinical licensure.
Sarah has experience working with individuals and families who are interested in making life changes, addressing unhelpful behavior patterns, navigating life transitions, increasing self-insight, and healing past trauma. She works with children, teens and adults and an LGBTQIA+ friendly.
Sarah specializes in helping clients deal with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, attachment issues, and life transitions. She utilizes a variety of treatment modalities and theories, including cognitive behavioral therapy, internal family systems, mindfulness, attachment theory, acceptance and commitment therapy, and EMDR therapy.
